Still no I800. So I called our caseworker at the USCIS. She said, "It's on my desk." There is a document missing - or rather, a paragraph on a document missing. The English translation of our daughter's Chinese referral information should have the certification of the translator on it. The certification information is missing. This is an agency goof. :/ GRRRRR!!!!

But God...... is in control. His will be done.
